When will I receive my tracking number?
Within 3 business days after your order is placed.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to refresh.
If delays continue, contact us — we’re happy to assist.
I didn’t receive a tracking email.
Check the Spam folder.
If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll resend it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of confirmed delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition & packaging.
Orders must have been placed directly on karmicearth.com.
How do I start a return?

A photo/video showing the item in original condition
If approved, we’ll send you a packing slip — you bear the cost of return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your package, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 10 business days of delivery with photos/video, and we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions at no cost to you.
