We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $400.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 3 business days after purchase.
What about customs, duties or international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. Customs, duties, or import taxes for international shipping are currently not offered.
My package seems delayed — what should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of shipment, email us at customerservice@karmicearth.com with your order number and we’ll help you trace it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of confirmed delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition & packaging.
Orders must have been placed directly on karmicearth.com.
How do I start a return?

A photo/video showing the item in original condition
If approved, we’ll send you a packing slip — you bear the cost of return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your package, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 10 business days of delivery with photos/video, and we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions at no cost to you.
